The weather here has cooled off, makes for a much more comfortable night for sleeping. I hope that the weather has been kind to you. Otherwise, not much new with me. Looking forward to the Fall… I love the colours of Autumn, the smell of burning leaves that people make a bonfire of in their gardens, the crunchy sound the leaves make when you walk through them and when you get those beautiful Indian summer days at times in the Fall… what a wonderful time for me. How about you? What’s your favourite season?

I like summer the best, it’s still cold here this time of the year. It was only 16 C today and still quite chilly. We are about to head into spring in New Zealand…..

The value of friendship is something that not many people take time to ponder over and appreciate, and it may be said that we often take our friends for granted. Splendid entry again Lady Jude.
Most of the times we need friends for companionship, conversations and laughter, but the real virtue of friendship lies in the support that we get from our friends, and the concern that they show. True friendship is rare without a doubt. We may know and interact with many people along our journey and few will become friends, people who will be with us through thick and thin, people who get to know us and still want to be a part of our life.

What resonated for me in your endearing verse is , ” Your friendship has made me a millionaire.” That is a great way to describe this unique life bond that we create with others.
